一、Description

NSH803PQ is a 8A,300V half-bridge intelligencepower module designed for motor drive applications,integrated 8A/300V MOSFET gate driver andbootstrap functionality in a small PQFN 5×6mmpackage. It can be flexibly applied to single-phase andthree-phase DC brushless motor drive.
