NSH405PQ is a 4A,500V half-brigdeintelligencepower module designed for motor driveapplications,integrated 4A/500V MOSFET gatedriverandbootstrap functionality in a small PQFN5×6mmpackage. It can be flexibly applied tosingle-phaseand three-phase DC brushless motor drive.
